FRASER, Justice. This is a will case which was tried to a jury. There was only one issue submitted, to-wit, the usual issue asking whether the testator had testamentary capacity. From a finding that the testator did possess testamentary capacity at the time of the execution of the will contestants have appealed, and as their first point charge that the verdict is contrary to and not supported by the evidence.
